Can I Get A Refund?

Your order is most likely custom. It’s one of a kind and created just for you. Please contact us at support@gamertshirt.pro and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Once it’s printed, we can’t return it to our stock, so it is of no value to anyone else. It’s unique, It’s made just for you.

If it is determined a refund is warranted, it will be processed for the price you paid, minus any fees, which may include shipping. It typically takes 5-7 business days to process, once issued.

If you’re rather make an exchange, we are able to give you 20% off your next order, but are unable to give an exchange for the full amount for any custom items.

When Should I Expect My Order?

It’s custom. Because we don’t mass produce, it takes time to prepare and print. We do our best to get your item(s) to you ASAP, without compromising quality.

US Shipping Time Estimates:

Custom Items: From ordered to your door 2-3 weeks.

Non-Custom Items: 10-14 days.

International Shipping Time Estimates

Custom Items: 3-4 weeks

Other Items: 2-3 weeks

We will leave no stone unturned to make you happy.

If you find any problem in your custom order, send us an image of the product to support@gamertshirt.pro and we will replace it for free.

If there is a spelling error printed, because of a mistake on your end, we will pay 50% of the replacement cost.

For Regular Product Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us to authorize the return, so that we can issue your refund swiftly, through the correct channels.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Custom shirts, mugs, totes and accessories

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
